A nasal decongestant that works by constricting the blood vessels of the body. Works to treat the nasal passages directly through spray. When the vessels in the nose and sinuses are constricted it leads to a decrease in congestion. Prescribed for patients that have nasal congestion caused by allergies, sinus problems, hay fever and the common cold. Should not be used continually because damage to the nasal passages may occur. |
