Anonymous CommenterHi. It is not unusual to experience a temporary worsening of your skin condition during the first weeks of treatment. Rebalance your skin with Effaclar H by La Roche-Posay. This foaming cleanser helps skin which has been fragile due to over drying skincare (make sure you buy the Effaclar H not the regular Effaclar). You could also reduce application to every other night and gradually increase to every night as your skin gets used to the medication. If after a fair trial it seems your skin is not going to tolerate this topical medicine, ask your doctor about an oral antibiotic for rosacea such as oxytetracycline.
