Maybe you should try some depression support groups.....they really can help you feel so much better, sorta an ego boost if you will! I know about the dark cave and I know that I don\'t want to be there ever ever again. I am very new to Serequel, so I can\'t say too much about it right now. So hopefully with Wellbutrin and the low dose of Serequel will head me in the right direction. P.S. Someone does care, even if they don\'t show it.

if you were doing good with the seroquel & stopped because people said you didn\'t need it & you\'ve noticed a change.. you probally need it & your life will get back on track.. you just need to get back on the seroquel & talk to someone.
