i took this when i was 13. let us just say it did not work out. i was supposed to take it in the morning but it became impossible to do. the side effect of drowsiness was so bad that many times i would fall asleep in the middle of class and the school had to send me home because i could literally not keep my eyes open. so i switched to taking it in the evening, but obviously i did not notice any of its benefits because i was sleeping.
