No, a menopaused woman can never be pregnant since menopause means that it is the end of the monthly cycle and it is the end of the fertile phase of the woman's life. It is the permanent cessation of the primary functions of the ovaries

theoretically a menopausal woman can no longer bear child because at this age, the body drops it hormone production. but with the popularity of in vitro fertilization these days, menopausal woman can now bear a child. also during the whole menopausal period (which takes years) the hormone production is very static, meaning it make drop or spike up at times. during the "spike" times, the body is capable of bearing a child. this is true even in periods where most women think is the "after menopause" stage already even it is not yet. so the answer would be yes, hence the term "menopausal baby".
