My 18months son was given Ranferon 12 and his teeth are turning colour brownish /black.could this be a side effect of the drug? should i discontinue use,he was diagnosed with low haemoglobin count.

I have been diagnosed with low blood count and was given Ranferon 12 and since taking it i have had a mild cough and a feeling of nausia that is unexplainable please advice.
