What Is the Best Antifebrile?

0 votes
I have had 39 degree fibre since morning and have a terrible headache. I can not go to see the doctor and the cold water pack I have put on my temporal didn't help either. I am also feeling dizzy and I also have nausea.

You can try ibuprofen every 6 hours or paracetamol every 4 hours and continuous tepid sponge bath to reduce your fever.  As long as you are not feeling cold or shaking sponging continuously will help significant reduction of temperature. Headache, dizziness and nausea can be associated with the fever but it is advisable to visit your doctor for further management if fever persists.
