How Do I Relieve Myself From the Side Effects of Depo-medrol?

I happened to go to a doctor who was very keen on giving me this antihistamine shot. It was actually 80mg of depo-medrol. It hasn’t agreed with me at all. I have been violently sick ever since. I know for a fact that it’s going to stay in my body for at least 3 months because it is oil-based. What am I supposed to do about this? Do I have to look for any medication which will help me get out of the clutches of this drug? I already feel as though I’m in the midst of withdrawal symptoms. Please help those who know anything about this.
