What Could My Symptoms Rule Out?

I have some sort of illness which my doctor has not been able to confirm as yet. Some of the symptoms I have are as follows. Whenever I swallow, I feel as though there’s a lump in my throat, making it painful. Together with this, I have a stuffy nose and a blocked ear to boot. My doctor asked me to get a swab test done which didn’t reveal much.
I went to another doctor who asked me to use Nasonex for my stuffy nose and Benzydamine for my throat. It’s been a month I’ve had the same symptoms, after a week I’m back to the doctor again. Does anyone have any idea what this might be?
