Could I Be Experiencing a Relapse of Asthma?

I had to take a chest X-ray during my Pneumonia phase. Then they happened to find a lump in my chest which they said was a calcified granuloma which happened to be the size of a quarter. Ever since, I have been experiencing chest pains, shortness in breaths and wheezing. Could this be due to a flare up in asthma? As a child, I had asthma which used to be really bad. Could this be a relapse of the same? Someone please advise.
