Finding Relief From My Asthma When I Stopped Smoking

0 votes
I was found to be suffering from asthma since the very tiny age of three when I had to be admitted in the hospital due to a chronic asthmatic attack. I have been a victim of asthma ever since then and have landed in the hospital several times due to chronic attacks every once in a while. Anyway, I began smoking when I was about fourteen and now I am twenty one. I have finally decided to stop smoking and it is about three days since I have quit smoking completely. I feel much better now. Even though I had been smoking for about eight years, I find that my asthma has waned over the years and I do not require my inhaler at all these days. I do not even use my preventor drugs except when I contract a cold or a fever and find that I am able to do my chores without feeling breathless. I just wanted to share my experiences with all of you.  I am fervently hoping that my asthma will just disappear for good one fine day.
