Does Exercise Alleviate or Worsen an Asthma?

0 votes
My summer vacation is approaching and I have signed up for Y in order to get into shape. Does more exercising and running effect asthma or improve it? If I run longer, will it improve my asthma after getting into a good shape?

Actually, exercise may both aggravate or improve your asthma. However, you can always start on the less strenuous exercises so that your body can still compensate for its changes. Rest assured that if you gradually continue your exercises, your body would be able to adjust to the modifications and your asthma would not exacerbate.
