1 sachet 2x a day means that you'll be giving your baby the drug twice in 1 day with only 1 sachet per dose.

For example, you'll be giving it at 7AM. You will only prepare 1 sachet of 100mg Fluimucil granules and dissolve it in 1/2 glass of water (or depending on what your doctor has instructed you) then, let your baby drink it. After 12 hours (7PM), you'll do the same procedure with same amount of Fluimucil ( 1 sachet of 100mg granules dissolved in water).
