Did the Perimenopause Caused the Pain On My Abdomen?

I am 54 years old and based on frequent hot flashes occurring to me, I believe that I am into perimenopause right now. This past month, I missed my period for the first time. And now, I am two weeks delayed of my period while having pain on my lower right abdominal area. Can anyone tell me what is going on with me? I am in good health except for the fibrous tissue found on my last exam three months ago. It was just very small and is not big deal to me. Will this be connected to the pain I am experiencing now?
